With the outline, you can start recruiting organizations and participants for your project or apply for funding for your project. They can define the target audience and the supporting organizations, have a rough idea of the course of the project and bring everything together in a structured manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How do you check the outcomes are reached?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The participants have completed the project template.
