The team"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In this session, participants will explore the team aspects of a Citizen Science project. They will learn basic aspects of building and leading a team, how to recruit and manage volunteers, and how to initiate a vibrant community that supports and benefits from the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Theoretical Background<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This sessions uses methodology from project management theory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go through the activities in sequence, as the results build on each other. All activities can be used both for self-learning and in a group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Learning Goals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants will learn how to recruit and organize people for their project.
